MindHug Zero
MindHug Zero is a wellbeing product. It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified health professional.
MindHug Zero supports sleep quality, focus and feelings of calm. Nothing on this site should be read as a claim about sleep disorders, anxiety as a diagnosed condition, or any other clinical outcome.
MindHug Zero is pre-launch. Published research on binaural approaches, auditory entrainment and neuro-acoustics belongs to its authors, concerns those approaches in general, and is not MindHug Zero outcome data.
If you have a diagnosed hearing condition, epilepsy, or any other health concern, speak to a qualified clinician before use. Listen at a comfortable volume.
MindHug Programmes
MindHug programmes are educational and developmental. They are not therapy, and they are not a clinical service. Where a participant needs clinical support, we say so and signpost it.
Every cohort carries safeguarding oversight held by a qualified psychologist. Participation is voluntary at every stage, including individual exercises.
Statistics on this site
Every figure is attributed to the programme that produced it, with the source stated alongside it. Where a client reports improvement without publishing a number, we say that rather than supplying one.
The Information Counter is a projection modelled from published figures. It is not a measurement, and nothing on that page is read from any device, network or person.
